RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at business@archetypesports.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue out a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our return policy is designed to ensure the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. As a business, we strive to provide products that meet your expectations. However, there are certain criteria that must be met for a return to be approved.

The following reasons may lead to the rejection of a return request:

1. Removal of tags: Please ensure that all original tags remain intact on the product. Removing the tags may hinder our ability to process the return.

2. Odor: Any kind of odor, including detergent or deodorant, will be considered as a reason for denying a return. We kindly request that you refrain from using any scented products on the item before initiating a return.

3. Product issues: Any stains, cuts, tears, or damage to the product will render it ineligible for a return. We advise our customers to thoroughly inspect their purchases upon receipt.

4. Dog hair or excessive lint: To maintain hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns with dog hair or excessive lint. Please ensure the item is in a clean and presentable condition.

5. Underwear or compression shorts: Returns for underwear or compression shorts worn during sports training or events cannot be approved due to hygiene reasons.

6. Graphic t-shirt products: Please note that all our graphic t-shirts are custom-made. Therefore, we do not offer size exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse on these products.

We encourage you to carefully select the size before placing an order. We would like to clarify that an item is only considered defective if it was received with an issue such as fraying, tearing, staining, or discoloration. In such cases, we are more than willing to address the problem and provide a suitable solution.

In the event that you received a defective item; please email business@archetypesports.com  with a clear photo of your packing slip as well as the defect on the garment for assessment. Approval will result in a refund issued to the method of payment used during checkout.

Once your return/exchange has reached our warehouse facility, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing.

-all items must be sent back to our facilities within 7 days of receiving to be considered for a refund.
