Once your order is confirmed, please allow time for processing. Processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on a business day typically require 2–5 business days for processing. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday typically require 3–5 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday will not begin processing until the following Monday.

Delivery time depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. Processing time is not included in the delivery estimate.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days after processing has been completed.

International and deployed delivery times depend on customs, declaration requirements, and the delivery location.

During Drop or Launch weekends, orders may require 6–10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Due to higher order volumes during collections and special drops, Drop Orders may require 7–10 business days for processing, excluding shipping time. Orders may be processed sooner whenever possible.

USPS tracking and delivery dates are estimates provided by USPS, not Archetype Athletic.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, Archetype Athletic has no control over tracking updates, delivery dates, rerouting, delivery locations, or other transit-related matters.

USPS is responsible for package transit and delivery. Please contact USPS directly regarding missing or undelivered packages.

A claim can be filed through the USPS website, by phone, or at your local post office. For questions about this process, contact us at business@archetypesports.com.

Archetype Athletic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All eligible claims must be filed through USPS.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that the item has arrived and whether the store credit has been approved.

When approved, an email containing a unique gift card code will be sent to you.

A return may not be approved if:

The tags have been removed.
The item has an odour, including detergent or deodorant.
The item has stains, cuts, tears, or other damage.
The item contains dog hair or excessive lint.
The item is a compression product or accessory.
The item has been worn or washed.

An item is considered defective only when it was received with an existing issue, such as fraying, tearing, staining, or discolouration.

Once an item has been worn or washed, it no longer qualifies as defective.

To report a defective item, email business@archetypesports.com with a clear photo of the packing slip and the defect. All defective items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Entering the correct information during checkout is the customer’s responsibility. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

Email our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address will be changed. Once an order has entered processing and handling, changes may no longer be possible.

Package interceptions and reroutes are the customer’s responsibility.

Any related fees must be paid by the customer, and USPS does not guarantee that an interception will be completed before delivery is attempted. Please contact USPS directly for interceptions, reroutes, and transit requests.
